The personal data which you provided while contacting us shall be processed based on the necessary legitimate interests pursued by the Controller solely in order to respond to your inquiry (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95l46lEC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Your personal data may be made available for the entities or respective authorities entitled to process this data based on provisions of law (e.g. public offices, authorities). Moreover, your data may be made available to processors on behalf of the Controller, i.e. IT and hosting service providers, entities providing IT systems maintenance services. Personal data may be made available for entities within Zurich Group (especially Zurich Insurance Company Ltd). 

Your personal data will be stored for the period of time necessary to respond to your inquiry. 

You are entitled to request from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing or you can object to further processing of your data at any time.

It is possible your data may be transferred to third countries – countries outside of European Economic Area. In case of cross-border flows of personal data, if European Commission declared the country provides appropriate level of personal data security the data may be transferred on this or other legitimate legal grounds. 

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated way (profiling).

In the case of finding that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you are entitled to bring a complaint to the supervisory authority, that is to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-913 Warszawa.
